I've taken photographs most of my life. The combination of digital imaging and retirement now permits more serious commitment.
I enjoy the act of taking photographs, but am even more interested in exploring the resulting images for their esthetic content.
Typically, I bracket multiple exposures to increase the dynamic range of a digital negative then stitch together adjacent views to increase the size of the digital negative for better enlargement.
The resulting pictures are then explored with software from companies like Adobe, Topaz, Nik, OnOne, Corel, Alien Skin, and Digital Film Tools to realize the esthetic impression I am trying to create.
The results are displayed on this web site and/or printed for display and possible sale.
